Mission:
To enhance the quality of individual, family and community life by providing mental health and substance abuse services that are available, accessible, and responsive to the needs of individuals, families and groups seeking assistance, and to work with community agencies to contribute, facilitate and promote wellness and mental health services for underserved families.
Serving Carbon County since 1969
Carbon County Counseling Center was established in 1969, with the purpose of providing mental health and substance abuse services to residents of Carbon County. 

The agency has grown from an initial staff of two employees to the current staff of (17) full-time administrative, clinical, clinical support, and five contract staff. 

Carbon County Counseling is nationally accredited by, the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF). For Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services. Serving children, youth, adolescents, adults, and seniors. 

Carbon County Counseling Center is a private, non-profit organization that operates with the assistance of Federal, State, Local, Client fees, Insurance, and United Way funding. 

We currently have two office locations in Carbon County, our main office located at 721 W. Maple Street in Rawlins, and our second office located at 112 East Bridge Street in Saratoga. 

Our goal is to assist all people in Carbon County affected by behavioral, emotional, psychiatric, and emotional difficulties.
